Is Clava really free? What's the catch?
Clava can be completely free to use! There is no additional cost on top of standard payment processing fees (view here.) Chapters have the flexibility to decide whether processing fees are passed on to members - allowing Clava to remain a free solution!
What is your cancellation policy?
Clava doesn't have restrictive contracts or cancellation policies. You’re free to cancel anytime by simply stopping your use of the platform.
Do my members need an account to pay?
While we encourage members to register their accounts, it’s not required. Members can pay their bills using shareable payment links, allowing them to complete payments without registering.
Can I remove members directly through the site?
Yes, you can easily add or remove members directly on the website - no need to contact us to make changes. Clava support is also available to help set up your chapter and add members, all at no additional cost.
